~FAQ~
Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have a question that has not been answered below, feel free to contact me directly via email pam@creativecandycovers.com or by phone 908-665-5974
When should I place my order?
You may order as early as you'd like. Chocolate has a rather long shelf life and when stored in a cool dry place can last up to one year. If time permits, i'd prefer you place your order 3 to 4 weeks in advance. This way, I can give your design the time and attention it deserves. If you are planning to order wrappers-only, you may want to allow yourself a little more time for wrapping. Can I order wrappers-only and wrap the bars at home myself?
Ordering wrappers-only is a great way to cut your costs when ordering Creative Candy Covers. You will pay a fraction of the cost for shipping opposed to ordering wrapped chocolate bars. You can purchase the Hershey Bars for a discount at your local Costco, BJ's, PriceClub or Sam'sClub. I will email you easy-to-follow wrapping instructions and recommend double sided tape to secure the wrapper.
What do I do after I receive my Creative Candy Covers?
Upon arrival of your Creative Candy Covers, please inspect the contents of your package. You can store the chocolate in a pantry or any other cool, dry space.
How do I send photographs?
You can email your digital photo to pam@creativecandycovers.com or you can send me the original photo through the mail and I will scan it and return it to you with your order.
